HP 14-r019TU Driver Windows 7/Win 8.1 64 Bit (All Tested)

I suggest you to instal this laptop ( HP 14-r019TU )  using Windows 8.1 64 bit.  You can also instal using Windows 7, but. Windows 8.1 is better and faster. In this case, i tested using both of Windows 7 64 bit and Windows 8.1 64 bit.

Using Windows 7 in this laptop will work very hard and slow.  it perhaps you agree with my opinion in this case.
